I completed my PhD at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 studying the mechanism by which consumers receive information about products and services in electronic markets.
My professional experience includes the Athens Stock Exchange, IBM Research, and the management consulting firm McKinsey & Co, where I worked closely with the top management of leading corporations in Europe, USA and Canada. I was also a co-founder of Media Society, a technology development firm for electronic media, and I hold patents in the field of targeted advertising.
As an academic, I have taught in the undergraduate program of Cornell University and in the undergraduate and MBA programs of Wharton Business School.
In 2012, I joined the faculty of the Public and Business Administration Department of the University of Cyprus.
